Payment

 

TheDudleBug.com accepts all credit cards and PayPal.  All payments are processed securely and safely with guaranteed encryption.  Your privacy and security is our highest priority.

 

Shipping

All items will be shipped within 2 business days.  We will try to ship the same day on orders placed before 12pm PST.  We ship direct from Central California.  All items will be shipped via USPS with First Class Mail or Priority Mail.  In the event that it is a larger parcel we will ship via UPS Ground.

 

We offer free shipping on all orders of 25$ or more, for orders less than 25$ it will be a flat fee of 3.99$ shipping.  If you are local to Los Banos, California and would like to pick up your items from us please email us at customerservice@thedudlebug.com with your order number and we can set up a meeting palce for you to pick them up.  You will still place your order through the website unless directed to do differently.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

In the event that any of our affordable couture costume jewelry arrives damaged or broken please contact us as soon as possible by emailing us:  customerservice@thedudlebug.com.  Please be sure to include your order number as well as the issue and which item. 

If you need to return or exchange your items, they must be in new, un-used condition.  You will be responsible for the return shipping and the cost of shipping paid by us will be deducted form your original sale price.  If you had free shipping please be aware that we will still deduct the shipping cost we paid to ship them to you.
