FAQ Payment TheDudleBug.com accepts all credit cards and PayPal. All payments are processed securely and safely with guaranteed encryption. Your privacy and security is our highest priority. Shipping All items will be shipped within 2 business days. We will try to ship the same day on orders placed before 12pm PST. We ship direct from Central California. All items will be shipped via USPS with First Class Mail or Priority Mail. In the event that it is a larger parcel we will ship via UPS Ground. We offer free shipping on all orders of 25$ or more, for orders less than 25$ it will be a flat fee of 3.99$ shipping. If you are local to Los Banos, California and would like to pick up your items from us please email us at: customerservice@thedudlebug.com with your order number and we can set up a meeting place for you to pick them up or an address for us to deliver them to. You will still place your order through the website unless directed to do so differently. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges In the event that any of our affordable couture costume jewelry arrives damaged or broken please contact us as soon as possible by emailing us: customerservice@thedudlebug.com . Please be sure to include your order number as well as the issue and which item. If you need to return or exchange your items, they must be in new, un-used condition. You will be responsible for the return shipping and the cost of shipping paid by us will be deducted form your original sale price. If you had free shipping please be aware that we will still deduct the shipping cost we paid to ship them to you.

We started out as small business that offered event services for all occasions as well as custom made invitations and favors. We have since evolved into an ultimate costume jewelry provider as well as continuing our event service. We offer affordable couture necklaces, bracelets, earrings and cocktail rings for all occasions. We specialize in costume turquoise and "farm girl couture" pieces. We take pride in every piece of jewelry that we offer our clients. We have a huge local following that are the most faithful and loyal customers that always support us at local events and boutiques. While we only did boutique events, faires, home parties, etc. we finally decided to take it to the rest of the world by offering our pieces to everyone else in the world!
